MIS Healthcare interview questions

I had a 2 stage interview; an initial telephone interview and then a full interview at the company's head office. The telephone interview was relatively informal with the intention of establishing in broad terms that the company and myself were the right fit for each other. The second interview was a full formal interview with the hiring manager.
