aptitude and the technical interview,then personal interview by human resource manager was there in which they asked more about my family, then they focused on how would you react with our vendors and customers

3 rounds. HR, DGM and CEO. Very direct interview. If you show passion and knowledge about how to operate in a startup it is helpful. You need to be clear about the job requirements and how you will fulfill them. Do not exaggerate.
