After submitted the application, HR people reached out next day and did phone interview with couple simple questions, such as what's your routine jobs in current position; the reason that you leave; Meet managers via on-line interview; On-site interviews. Very quick response.

Tell something about yourself. What's opportunity you're looking for. What's your payroll expectations.
Not terrible. You have to do a psych test at the end and will interview with several team members. The HR screen occurs up front and is not that time consuming.
