MLC Life Insurance interview questions

Interview had two sections, a group interview and then an individual section where questions where asked about previous experience and future goals, for example where do you see yourself in 5 years

The interviews were good and very engaging. However, I believe they take a lot of time to finalize the candidate and release offer. The complete process took more than three weeks and not all candidates can wait that long.
