Pros:
The interview process was structured, and I had the chance to meet several people from the company.
Cons:
After completing four interview stages and investing around four hours with the team, I received a rejection with no feedback at all. The decision was communicated abruptly, and at no point during the process was I informed about progress or results. For a company of this scale, I expected a more professional approach, at least basic feedback on why I was not selected. This kind of treatment leaves candidates feeling undervalued and raises concerns about how the company respects people’s time and effort.
Advice to Management:
Respect candidates’ time and provide feedback after multiple interview stages. Even a few constructive points can go a long way in leaving a positive impression, regardless of the outcome.
