The interview starts off casually, she probably won't even call it an interview, just a meeting. She is very friendly, nice and attentive but she turns intense. She will ask difficult questions that relate precisely to your resume, the company and the position. Pay close attention to how she describes the culture, the position and the kind of employee she is looking for. It will last about 2.5 hours.
