Interview process was smooth and took about 2 months to complete 3 rounds plus HR screening call. All interviews were online and ranged from 30 minutes to an hour. I applied online via LinkedIn, after which I was contacted by local TA team. The following week I had an interview with local IT manager, and couple of weeks later with senior managers from overseas. After which there was over 3 weeks of silence where my emails would not be responded to. I almost gave up on this role, when I was notified that I was on for final round, which I ended up not passing. Overall all interviewers were very kind and professional, which created very a positive image of the organization. My only concern was that radio silence after the second round. Interview process can be very stressful for candidates and this kind of lack of communication does not help.
