Colloquio molto formale, dove viene valutato solo il candidato con domande volte a carpirne l'attitudine e il background tecnico. Nessun interesse a presentare l'azienda o l'attività della posizione. L'ambiente mi è sembrato asettico, nessuna persona in giro, non una bella impressione.

They are asking you 4 payslip since the early phase of the selection process, otherwise you cannot proceed with the interviews. Plus they are asking you a bunch of other informations and tests. Very much complicated for such a small company. I have refused to proceed further.
