MTFX Group interview questions

The first round was an in person visit to meet with a senior member. It started off with resume based questions, experience, basic competency based questions. After the first round was over, I was invited for another in person interview with 2 members. During this interview I realized the job title, responsibilities mentioned were misleading and the skills they were looking for were more for an architect role.

behavioral interview, dont look at you technical skills, more concerned by your mindset just a general discussion with the company representatives with owners and traders talk to you and give you the fedback on how you would suit the role
