It was too technical and too long over two hours , everyone one on the panel had to ask over three questions . And no interview feedback was ever provided
Very long and unnecessary interview process I enjoyed it but still it wasn’t necessary at some point and I feel something better could be done about that I have had interviews elsewhere and it wasn’t such a ridiculous process

What product have you built and how was the process of doing that
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MTN Nigeria in Nov 2013
Interview
Efficient and quick process. I had to do a presentation in 30 minutes and present to a panel. Questions were across a range of situations and organisational scenarios as well as skills based.
2Hr interview with a panel of senior management and HR.
