Depending on how the average marks, the cut-off may be reviewed upwards from the usual 40%
Receive email from HR for interview
Interview session is with recruiting manager in the presence of HR and a senior manager.
Interview is Panel based.
Technical (by recruiting manager) and non-technical (by HR) carry equal weight.
Advise: be technically sound, use the right technical words but less acronyms. Prepare for non- technical questions as well
You are allowed to wear office casual outfit but we smart and sit up during the interview process
