MVST. interview questions

The process was correct, I had a coding challenge that I completed successfully. But after 6 different meetings (HR, exercise defense with two engineers, company CEO, team manager, the team and then two more managers) they told me I'm not a fit for the job. The reasons were weird, because their stack is my current stack. It's amazing because even the coding exercise was good according to their comments (was a full-stack project involving backend, frontend, observability, CI/CD, devops). Six interviews and I didn't get the job :(

The experience was genuinely poor and quite unpleasant. They had a very serious attitude, barely asked any questions, and ended the call in under ten minutes. Was a call... simply explained their recruitment process but never talked about the types of projects, what the team is like, or the company culture. To be honest, sounded more like an AI bot than a real person. Honestly, having this kind of pointless call just wastes people’s time and makes the job search experience even more discouraging than it already is. I would not recommend going through an interview process with this company.
