The process was a straightforward two stages. The first interview was a practical discussion about my experience with my direct line manager, the Head of UX, followed by a final conversation with the HR Director.

Interview
The interview process was overall very pleasant and enjoyable. I was interviewed by two individuals who were both friendly and approachable. From the very beginning, they created a welcoming atmosphere that helped put me at ease and made the experience much less stressful than I had anticipated.

Question 1
They asked thoughtful questions and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me, both professionally and personally.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MYPINPAD
Interview
Had a first stage interview with HR and a member of the tech team. Very friendly people, nothing out of the ordinary. Generally a good experience as an interview. The problem was the time they took making decisions. It was a good few weeks between me sending my CV and getting the first interview and then almost as long before I got the offer for the 2nd interview. At that point I'd gone through the entire interview process of another company and accepted an offer so declined the 2nd interview. If the interview process is that disorganised it makes you wonder about the company as a whole.
