MacDougall Arts interview questions

If you’re interviewing with them you’ve probably heard quite some stories about the business and the team. I knew it was going to be a strange experience yet I was still impressed with how poorly organised and ridiculous everything was. After a three hour interview I’ve not heard from these people ever since, but honestly that’s good rather than bad.

I had interview with owner and HR manager. They were more interested to check my passport, driving licence than to see my diplomas. Very unpleasant experience with inappropriate interview questions.
