Macbro Technology (I) interview questions

I attended interview at their Erode office. 1st round : I attended a tool test. There they asked to do surface design but I said I'm Strong in part and assemble design. So they ask me to design the same test design in part designing. In 2nd round : the call it as HR round, but they didn't ask me a single question. Just self intro. He was just lecturing and brain washing the candidates. Offer: They give us the same offer to every fresher candidate whether you are proficient or beginner. 1) you will be given a training for 6-8 months without any stipend 2) You have to Pay 60k rupees as Initial amount for the training. 3) From 4th of training every month they conduct an interview, if you pass that you will be an employees of this company from that month itself. Salary : if you have passed the interview 1st year : 15k/month 2nd year : 22k/month 3rd year : 28-30k/month He said after 3 year you can also get an opportunity to go abroad(Japan). Note: if you have Certificates in Japanese Language like N1, N2 , etc. , they give extra intensive according to your rating.
