Mack Family Chiropractic interview questions

I received a very informal email. I showed up in my suit and they asked me very few questions. They said they would want to do a "working interview" where I spent at least an hour with a staff person. They stated it would probably be the next Monday and then they did not follow up. I emailed them and received no reply.
