1. Initial Contact with Recruiter:
My journey began with an initial phone call from the recruiter, who was friendly and informative. They provided a comprehensive overview of the company and the role, and we discussed my background and experience. This call set a positive tone and made me feel genuinely considered for the position.
2. Follow-Up Calls with Recruiter:
Subsequently, I had several follow-up calls with the recruiter. These calls delved deeper into my technical skills, job-specific competencies, and career goals. The recruiter was very thorough and attentive, ensuring all my questions were answered and that I had a clear understanding of the expectations and opportunities associated with the role.
3. Final Interview with HR Manager and HR Director:
The final stage involved a comprehensive interview with both the HR Manager and HR Director. This was a highly engaging discussion where we explored my professional history, problem-solving skills, and alignment with the company's culture and long-term goals. Both interviewers were not only professional but also very personable, making the experience enjoyable and insightful.
