Interviewed online with the founder, he was late, constantly distracted by things around him, asked me about my degrees and when I talked to him about it he cuts me off saying that's not what it's about, and went on saying how he built his career without going to uni. Admitted at the end that he's the type that needs to be chased, he won't respond to messages or catch up on things/projects unless someone is in his face about it...
