The interview process was very long, spinning almost 2 months and including a quite extensive project (that I was given 2 days to complete over Christmas break). I interviewed with almost 5 people and also presented my project. In the step after that, the person interviewing said it would take a minute to get back there are still “several” people they have interview set up with. I think it is a bit inappropriate to bring several people through that many rounds, especially one including a project. The way the process was handled left a bad taste in my mouth.

Phone interview. About 15 minutes. Asked about my experience, my education, my availability and what my weaknesses were. I was told my profile would be presented to the head of the department.
