Made To Measure interview questions

Interviewed on the phone with the president, and in person with two people, the president and another gentlemen. I was there for a few hours, and I felt like it went well. I also received a tour of the facility which was neat. There were some odd questions (is my car clean?) that I didn't think were relevant though. After the interview, I was told they'd be in touch, and never heard another thing. I feel like a personalized email or call would have been appropriate after spending nearly three hours at their facility.
