I applied online and heard back about a month later (I had pretty much given up hope, but then they called one day out of the blue)! The interview was very relaxed, we went out to a bench in the mall and just chatted for about twenty minutes! My interviewer made me feel very comfortable, it was much more like a casual conversation than a formal interview.
