The interviewer never showed up for my time and this left me confused. I received an email two days after I emailed them back this information and they said they were impressed with my interview and put me on an expressed interview/hire process.
Simple and straight forward. During the interview you get a task where you have to role play with the interviewer. The interviewer will pretend to be the student and you have to teach the student for a few minutes.

Lesson role play and questions about any experience you have teaching ESL.
Easy, laid back. Not too difficult to understand. Come prepared. Once you are prepared and have your props, never drop your smile or use voice drag. You won’t make it.
It was easy for me. I am familiar with online ESL companies from China so it wasn’t difficult to transfer that experience to this company. The interviewer asked about my experience, how many classes I taught and then we went into the demo class. If suggestions are necessary to help you pass she will make them and you would restart the demo. If not you don’t need to finish the demo and they’ll will in a few days send you the contract.
