Video chat interview followed by an in person interview running a session. the company was poorly organised, management didn't even introduce themselves properly when i arrived. was told to prepare a 15 min session for up to 15 children when i arrived i was met by 22 children and was expected to run for 45 mins. so many red flags from start to finish just avoid them at all costs
