Three rounds 1. Online Assessment: Logical Reasoning 2. Technical: Engineering area specific 3. HR: Behavioural It's an average process with difficulty depending on the individual. The selection leads to a 3 month training program.
To the point questions, about the work and my experience. Navigating workplace challenges, passion for joining Mahindra etc etc. Nothing very specific, but quite general questions about the engineering of the said part etc etc etc

What was my expereince in my best project in my previous organization?
It is overall okay experience . First few rounds were easy . They explained what they do ? What they expect from employee as an employer etc . It more technically question from the resume .

Mostly about manufacturing engineering and it is application
It was a good experience. The interviewer was experienced and asked relevant questions related to the profile. Also he explained about the role and the team. Overall it was a good experience for me.
