Good process, very good process infact, first they check level at which candidate is there then post that start asking questions, full freedom to choose not to give answer, Answers and Industry Specific, domain knowledge

Good questions on sales, processes, large organizations operating principles, corporate Finance, Understanding field knowledge, on ground Understanding of situations, situational analysis, Case studies etc
My first step of interview is telephonic it's all about general like my past experience and projects and current position. Next step of Interview will be completely based on technicalities and confidential level. They have gone through my circulam and all certificates . They have asked all on site issues and finally negotiations and done with my interview and gave offer in a short notice of time
