Maia Wealth interview questions

One interview via Zoom, one interview onsite. It went well and interviewed with one of the founders and the operations manager, as well as another member. During the onsite interview, they said they'd be making the decision that weekend (it was a Friday), but I didn't hear back from them for three weeks and I had to reach out. Disappointing lack of communication and recognition of another person on the other side of the process.
