3 stage interview process: 1 x Video call 2 x In person The first interview was very short and touched on their HOST values - I was asked tell me about a time you failed? What are you passionate about? From there it was an in person interview which was quite conversational.I was asked why I wanted to work at Maison Estelle and about my experience. The final stage interview was also similar asking the same sort of questions but to different team members. I was asked my motivations for applying and why Maison over other private members clubs. After over a month of the process I chased on a response and was declined. They didn't offer any feedback from the process and have now reposted the job to career sites. Felt a bit disrespectful to my time especially after I'd followed up once after the final stage and also again when I saw the repost of the job. Instead I just received an instant rejection from the new application.
