Interview
I was really impressed with Majestic throughout the whole interview process. Really good communication, quick and efficient with moving people along, very relaxed interview style really puts you at ease and gives a great impression of the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1st interview is a CBI, asking lots about how you would deal with certain situations, where you have displayed teamwork and management skills and you're knowledge of wine.
2nd interview was more of a conversation with the regional manager. They try to get an idea of who you are and what you're like in a sales/management position.
3 interviews
1 - online, questions about yourself and wine, typical interview
2- meet team , discuss what you spoke about in first interview but with team rather than recruitment manager
3- HR chat , talking about hours, what's expected at Christmas in terms of hours
