Well-organized and refreshing alternative to the standard interview. The group format gave a genuine feel for the team culture, and interviewers were friendly and approachable. Pros: Unique format, comfortable atmosphere, transparent process Cons: Hard to stand out individually; don't know what to expect on interview Didn't get the offer, but would still recommend applying - it's a solid experience.
