Making The Leap interview questions

This was a two stage interview. At the first, I was asked to do a very odd task of drawing a coat of arms which had nothing to do with the job role. The second interview was with the CEO, which I found to be extremely odd. He asked me personal questions about my faith, and kept pushing and trying to figure out why I left my old job. This could have been for many personal reasons which I am not obliged to share. I got a very weird vibe as soon as I met him, it was extremely intense with just question after question without any clear structure. Overall, the interview process was very unprofessional and uncomfortable.

A 1 on 1 with the manager, wonderful experience and structured exactly as interviews should be. Talked about me mostly but also felt like a conversation, I was comfortable asking and answering questions
