Malawi Government interview questions

I applied for the M&E officer position for a government donor-funded project. It took about three months before I was invited for an oral interview. The interview took about an hour.

It was conducted in two phases, written otherwise called aptitude test why more than 70 percent of the applicants were dropped and oral. The problematic part was the notification system which is used by the government which is a bit outdated. They do not call via phone but just letters which depending on the location do not reach intended applicants.
