I had a Zoom interview followed by an in-person interview with my potential manager and the Vice President of Operations. The Zoom interview was straightforward, with questions focused on my experience, accomplishments, and expectations for the position. The interviewers also discussed the details of the role and what would be expected of me in the position. The in-person interview was scheduled shortly after the Zoom interview and was more of an opportunity to learn about the company's culture, products, and processes. It was clear that the company values transparency and open communication, and the interviewers were eager to answer any questions I had. Overall, both interviews were positive experiences, and I appreciated the company's thorough yet personable approach to the hiring process.
