Interview
This interview was different from many others I've been on, my interviewers were very open and welcoming. Laid everything on the table and left nothing unsaid. From the moment I walked in, even the janitor was extremely nice and welcoming! Upon speaking to Brittany and the Marks (there are 2 guys named Mark lol) all 3 of them were inviting and very open about the possibility of hire. They all smiled and were very great communicators, their team interviewing dynamic was different for me but not at all off putting! If you have the pleasure of interviewing with them there is no need to be nervous, just smile and be yourself! Though I haven't received word about being hired, this interview itself was a great change of pace from the interviews I've been on in the past!

I was called in and interviewed with the warehouse manager and another leader. They asked me a series of questions. When I left they gave a free pillow for interviewing.

The interview went well , they introduced themselves then I told them a little about myself and my work history. It was a relaxed atmosphere and I felt comfortable with the during the interview, they let me ask questions about the company and they gave me a gift for coming in for the interview.

Interview
I felt that was the best interview that I have been on, because both Marks were honest not only with their answers, but just being up front with me. Malouf is the company I want to work for, because it is family owned.
