Mandate Democracy interview questions

I received a text from the director, and had a great interview. I ultimately declined the offer, because the job advertisement said it was paid, but it is not. Just bonuses. Please update job advertisements to clarify pay structure. The mission of the organization is great though!

Interview was very smooth and felt more like a conversation. It lasted about 30 minutes and there was only one round. They asked all the basic interview questions, so it was relatively easy to prepare for it.
