Mapbox Entry Level Platform Engineer interview questions

Applied online. Was asked to submit a document detailing a prior failure and what I did to fix it. Submitted document and received an email asking to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was easy and lasted about a half an hour. There were no technical details. It focused mostly on my experience and how it fit into the role at Mapbox. I thought it went well, but received an email about an hour later decline to move forward. Disappointed by the outcome, but the interview was a positive experience.
