I applied through Linkedin and spoke with a recruiter from Vaco managing the job posting. Recruiter mentioned they were looking for a manager role but they are planning to settle for a Senior Associate. The recruiter tentatively offered 90k+10% bonus + equity but manager decided to only hire locally. No second interview
