In person, at the store, walked in as there was a recruitment sign on the door, and organised a date for when I could chat to the manager. We went through my experience and I got the job.

Interview

Very easy and laid back interview with the store manager. I worked at one of the franchise stores and it was a one-to-one interview which basically assessed my personality and wether or not I would be easy to work alongside as we often only had two staff members on at a time.
