Marine Science Institute interview questions

I did not need an interview, I had previously been affiliated with the company so they hired me. For most other people it was a quick phone interview with the Marine Science camp manager.

They asked typical interview questions (What are your greatest strengths, how do you deal with a child that is being disruptive, what is your favorite age to teach?) They also asked me to teach something in front of them. Then they showed me around the aquarium and classrooms.
