Market Motive interview questions

Note: This was for UCSC field study. They didn't ask much, just mostly talked about the position and the company. They asked about SEO, social media, and PPC and asked what you're interested in. They then offered a position in the interview.

I interviewed with the CEO and other co-founder initially. I found them both committed to making the right hire considering the high caliber of the team. They were highly motivated to ensure a good fit intellectually but also a strong motivational alignment. These guys are on a high growth trajectory, with the nimbleness of a smaller company but, serving enterprise and higher education clients. They "get it".
