A good interview process but very intense experience. Ensure you understand the company values to be successful. I found that everyone was really nice on the day and we had a chance to meet current graduates in the role which was useful.

There was an Online interview. You are then given series of questions then had three mins to come up with response and film yourself saying it. I did not get picked after. It wasn’t necessarily hard

Interview
Range of activities, one group, the rest one-on-one. Interviewers swap around the rooms so you have a different assessor every time. Assessors are all managers in the company and I found all but one to be really friendly. Relatively relaxed atmosphere, tasks are very interesting too. I was given a presentation to prepare prior to the day, the competencies interview was very very long.
