Very straightforward interview which lasted 30 minutes. The manager was friendly but did not know which role I had applied for and had to ask me, and he did not have any of my application details so he didn't seem prepared. I was asked why I wanted the job and how I work in a team. There were no exercises on the shop floor. I was told I would hear back within a week but it has now been 4 weeks and I haven't heard back. I contacted 3 different M&S recruitment email addresses and phoned the store directly for an update. No response at all so it has been a very poor experience with no respect for your time.
