I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mars (Sydney) in Dec 2012
Interview
There was an online application, followed by an interview with a university representative and one from Mars. At the interview they asked very common questions to get a better idea of who you are. Interview went well, and got a conditional offer. However my marks were just shy of the cut off, so i didn't get the role. In the interview there were some behaviour questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mars in Sep 2015
Interview
The interviewers were very friendly and welcoming. They made the environment very comfortable and relaxed. They gave me a few minutes to think of situations where I could relate to a question in order to answer adequately. The interviewers were very helpful throughout the process, being more than willing to answer any questions about the job and environment.

Interview
One behavioral interview with the engineering manager. Was very general in terms of an interview. Technical topics were reviewed, but no true technical questions were asked. The brewing process was reviewed and a lot of conversation over a cup of coffee
