Interview process is 3-4 rounds, the first one being a HireVue recording. The entire interview was competency-based behavioral, and questions were repetitive. Be prepared to answer a lot of them. I’ve interviewed at Mars three different times for different roles. It’s very competitive and I never received feedback from any of the interviewers, even after making it to the last round for all of them. It’s a great company to work for, so try to make connections to stand out.
