Martin et Karczinski interview questions

I underwent a three-stage interview process, beginning with an online interview lasting approximately 45 minutes, during which I presented my portfolio and introduced myself. The second round was conducted in person at their office, and I was reimbursed for my travel expenses. This round lasted around an hour, and everyone was welcoming and pleasant to interact with. Following this, I was invited for a two-day work trial, for which I was already not compensated for travel & accommodation. During this trial, I worked on one task for the entire two days, but was not provided with all the necessary files to complete the task. Despite receiving positive feedback from the people at the office that day, I was not contacted as promised. After several attempts to reach out via email and phone, I received a negative response without any explanation. I was very disappointed about the agency as they looked professional and requested feedback after I invested my time and money for travel and accommodation, but I never received a response. Very bad experience
