Two stages interview : Technical plus HR
Technical mainly focuses on how well the explanation can be done while giving the correct answer. Right attitude and honest answers are appreciated.
It involves 2 steps for R&D vertical: first is online assessment. It involves topics like reasoning and quantitative aptitude as well as technical questions based on your branch. If anyone gets selected then proceeds to interview
Second is interview. Interview involves multiple interviewers from sales, engineering,HR etc. questions are mostly based on your resume

It was a campus placement. The process started off with an aptitude test, then came a group discussion and finally a personal interview. The entire process was well structured and quite cohesive.
