The interview process here at Maryland Medical First PA is very thorough and rigorous
which you have selectively chosen not to mention.
*An initial thorough discussion is done with the recruiters, who are given in detail the job description, duties, salary, and benefits.
*The owner of the practice then does a in depth detailed telephonic interview with the candidate and goes over the job details and expectations.
*This is followed by an in-person interview at our office or via Zoom due to COVID-19, where we ask the candidate all the questions needed in depth and they ask us all the questions to move forward in the interview process.
*We then offer the candidate to complete a site interview at a facility if they choose too (office or , skilled rehab/nursing home and or hospital). We take the candidate on a tour of the entire facility showing the nursing stations, work areas, rehab place etc.
This ensures a good fit for everyone involved. We show what is being asked of you that one would be doing on a daily basis if you decide to take the job.
*We then request for the candidate to send us their references.
*After the candidate’s references are checked then an offer is made, and a draft contract is sent which is a detailed version of what was discussed verbally.
