Mass General Brigham Health Plan interview questions

The process overall felt prolonged and lacked transparency at certain points. For instance, after completing the third round of interviews, I noticed the job posting was reposted, which created uncertainty about the next steps. Additionally, details for the simulation activity were not provided until the day before, and only after I had reached out for clarification. The interview process, spanning from the initial HR phone screening to the final interview, extended over a period of approximately two months. Ultimately, they selected a candidate with broader company exposure, this criterion could have been clarified earlier in the process, especially as it was evident from my resume. Transparency about such priorities upfront would allow candidates to assess alignment more effectively and streamline the process for everyone involved.

I applied in May 2024. Got a call from the recruiter in July 2024 due to vacations. The process took about a month a half from the initial call. Met with hiring managers, then two team members, then the director. I got the email that I was not selected for the role, and the next day the job was reposted. Hard to believe none of the candidates that made it through all interview stages were qualified for the role. It feels like the hiring managers don't know what they want.
