My interview consists of a phone interview, and then a month later, a one on one interview with the hiring faculty. The interview was fairly simple. They asked questions such as, if I have any experience in the position and what I wanted out of the position. Then, they went and explain what the position entailed. It was more of a conversation than anything else.
