phone interview. asked sales experience. and personality traits. in person interview expanded on resume and then of course wanted to see how you carried yourself, what you looked like etc. third interview had to memorize a script that they had given to you before you left your second interview and present to manager.

Interview
The interview process was very friendly and interactive. We had a group interview with the manager and owner. They asked us creative questions , some of which involved us getting into a group to answer the questions. If you did well in the group interview, you get invited for an individual interview, which just consists of making sure you understand the membership services script.
