Massive Bio interview questions

I had 2 interview for a Manager position. 1st was with HR specialist ans 2nd was with Hiring Director + HR specialist. Although i told them i was waiting a feedback regarding my application, the company did not send to me. After 4 months passed, i tried to contact with them about the process, meanwhile i figured out that they had already hired someone. And they sent me a typical negative result email without an apology because off not giving a feedback. Companies should show respect the candidates as the candidates spend time and effort for the interviews. I am so glad i did not start to work in such a company.
